I just thought I'd let you know that your firm's design for the basement ramp has performed admirably, particularly during the torrential rains associated with Hurricaine Bill. I feared that the room in the basement would be flooded, but your drain design proved to be more than adequate to keep out the water, even in extreme circumstances. And, it looks terrific. We just thought you'd like to know.
