Dear Mell and Wally:

 

I am writing to express my gratitude and satisfactions with the wonderful job done by All Boro at my home after a devastating flood on October 11, 2007.

Returning to my home that evening to find 6 feet of water in my semi-finished basement, and the rest of my low-lying property. A lake due to heavy rainfall and runoff left me reeling and in a quandary as to where to turn. My mother and I knew something had to be done quickly before the situation worsened. All Boro was the ONLY COMPANY that responded to this emergency, although other advertised “24 hour emergency service”. Within an hour and a half of my call, a crew was at my door with pumps, manpower and generators. You assured me you would not leave (it was already after midnight) until the job was done and you lived up to that promise. Your reassurance that night that everything could be taken care of went a long way in helping me keep my sanity.

The next day, when the basement was being cleared of all debris, your crew presented me with every item they thought might be of value for my consideration before disposing of it. They were totally trustworthy and respectful of my possessions and my feelings.

The latest technology was used to completely dry the basement and treat for any possible mold growth. An enormous clean-up was then undertaken that included removal of all debris, dirt and mud, and finally the power-washing of every area of my property (patios, garage, greenhouse, pool area, driveway, etc.).

In short, All Boro was competent, compassionate, efficient and reliable and was always available to answer our questions or address our concerns. You went the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction in every area.

It was an experience that I hope will never been repeated, but it was my good fortune to find your excellent company to deal with this disaster.
